USB Bluetooth
« on: September 26, 2008, 09:15:05 PM »
Hi

I have a cheapo USB Bluetooth stick that runs BlueSoleil on XP/Vista. Now, I think I read somewhere that:

a) these Bluetooth devices, that are BlueSoleil-compatible, can be installed on this version of linux

b) someone here(?) has got a similar device working

I have trolled the net extensively but cannot find the stuff again  ???

So, any advice would be very much appreciated!

I've got a wireless mouse that I think uses bluetooth to communicate to the USB dongle. This dongle is plugged in to the back of my 1T+ and works faultlessly.

I got the wireless mouse and dongle from Tesco for £7.83 - it's a Technika.

But I'm not certain it's bluetooth that is the communication medium used, but a mate of mine says it almost certainly is.  :o
