Elonex onet+ and citrix web client
« on: January 18, 2010, 07:43:40 PM »
Hi, I am a complete novice when it comes to Linux so I am looking for some advice please. I recently bought the Elonex onet+ to use as a portable device to connect into my company network. I need a citrix web client, I have downloaded the Linux client from citrix but can not get it to load, some research has told me that I need to compile it ? As I said I am a complete newbie. Can anyone help me please?

I can see a lot of members viewing my problem, obviously there are many people in the same boat, any chance of some help on this one please?

You could use probably tsclient found here: http://linuxlaptopforum.ark2webdesign.co.uk/index.php/topic,459.0.html
According to tsclients info it has support for:
  * VNC clients (*vncviewer)
  * Citrix ICA client
  * X via Xnest

I don't think citrix is open source so we wouldn't be able to recompile it for mipsel.

Cheers.

Thanks Wicknix, I tried tsclient but no joy, when I try to load apps from company website still asks for ica client. Do you think a java client would work?
