There's a quick review on Engadget amongst other places on the Web.

They're boasting:

4GB SSD.
512 MB RAM.
800 MHz Freescale (ARM-based) processor.
Linux OS.
1024 x 600 screen resn.
Touch screen + stylus.
Integrated optical mousepad.
Full QWERTY keyboard.
802.11 b/g WiFi.
10 hours battery life.
2 USB ports and 1 MicroSHDC slot.
Dimensions: 161.4 x 108.7 x 24.8mm

It's going on sale in Japan on September 25th for ¥44,800.
