Help, i need to block the F keys

Could anyone offer a solution to how i could block the F keys along the top, i have Ben Echo running full screen so you cant see any toolbars looking at a questionnaire website for customers to fill in, however customer are pressing alt F4 to close the browser. Is there a way i can block the F keys to stop this from happening?
