3G Dongle - Huawei E220, E160G, E169G

I downloaded the drivers for the Huawei 220 3G dongle, but my dongle is the Huawei E169G and does not get recognised.  Any ideas anyone?

Just get yourself a Huawei E220 dongle (ebay) - then download the software from cnmlifestyle.com.  It really works!  I am sending this message using the minBOOK with that dongle.

Er £32 inc overpriced postage at £8  -  I was a bit hasty but it was worth it as it works.  Alternatively you could take out a contract with Three making sure you specify the Huawei E220 modem of course as they have a choice of at least 3.

Just bought a 3 Huawei E220 from Ebay for £31.00 inc VAT. act now before its too late.

With Kernel V70 the required package, now it can work with Huawei E220, E160G, E169G.
