Installing Missing Plugins?

Hi,

When I'm on Facebook I keep getting a message " Install Missing Plugins" click here. When I click here it takes me to Adobe flash player but i'm not sure what version I should choose to download.

Sometimes it says cannot download missing plugins. Can anybody direct me asto wher I can find these plugins and also which version of adobe flash player should I download?

I'm using an cnm Minibook.

You can't do it mate.No flash player available for this processor that can handle Flash 9 etc

It is possible to stop the prompt coming up each time? Telling me that plugins are missing.

The way I've done it on ning is by using adblock plus to block items (specifically the Chat.swf, and the the slideshow swf) Messing with similar filters should work on FB
I did try Flashblock, but that does insist on telling you it's blocked something
