Can't try my iRiver H340 MP3 player as red wine got poured into it and it didn't like it one little bit. That player, combined with the Rockbox firmware, gave the best audio from MP3 I've ever heard! Been looking on Ebay for another....

I had an old 2.5" 40Gb drive spare, put it in an enclosure, tried it & it works fine. Think it's Fat32.

Doubt if I'll need much extra storage as this CnM Minibook was only purchased for e-mails & internet away from home, but it'll work if I need it to.

250Gb CiBox drive formated as VFAT works fine.  Auto-mounts OK, but only on rear or backmost of side USB ports.
