Ctrl+Shift+Paste?
Sorry? I tried ctrl shift v but didnt work, i searched the menus but got nothing , found copy and delete goodness I'm hopeless

downloaded the .desktop file edited it in abiword saved it back but now im stuck, Thanks for all the help!
