Title: Debian recovery IMG & Huawei 3G modem
Post by: mammoth on April 29, 2010, 02:17:34 PM
I use an Debian recovery image Recovery_DebianEtchX11-wicknix.img (because in Recovery_DebianEtchX11v4.img USB drive was not mount). This distribution have not problem with localization (russian locale set simply).

Main question: How to install drivers for Huawei E160G dongle on this OS? CnM provide patch & info files, but Debian operate with deb.

Help, please.

Extract the .patch to / and see what happens?
