Title: Small WiFI point
Post by: Artus Irbe on November 01, 2008, 04:39:01 PM
After a few weeks of struggeling, and two routers, i might have an answer to the wifi problems, select DHCP and auto DNS on the wifi set up but in settings tab you need to select DHCP the Eth0 tab. It worked for me i hope that we can all get on the internet :D

:) cnm minibook. latest software not V47
I had lots of trouble connecting until I realized that the wifi window has to be minimized "-" not put away with the "x" !  The fact that these two actions are mm's apart with a twitchy mouse pad just adds to the excitement!

I noticed in my travels that the machine likes a good stong wifi signal but apart from that it connects to my Netgear DG834G router OK.  Sometimes it needs a couple of retries.  Shame it does not connect automatically at least to preferred routers.

Looking forward to next software upgrade from cnm, because it can only be better!
