Keyboard Tweaks

Hi,
I have a Maplin CnMBook (UK) with 3MXUltra3, does the job very well, very pleased.
I've set the keyboard to UK, but @ and " are swapped around. The " should be shift+2 and the @ next teft cursor. Any suggestions as to swapping these so they are in the right place?
When browsing, if I type Alt+left Bon Echo / Firefox does not do 'back' action? Is that an about:config setting?
