Larger Font on the Warfbar?
« on: June 13, 2010, 06:30:24 PM »
wicknix,

It doesn't appear possible, but can we make larger the font of the clock, swap file, etc. on the warfbar (upper right corner of desktop screen)?

I don't think so. Those are all Window Maker dock apps and i think the fonts are hard coded into them. You could in xterm run them each with -h and see if any list a font option, but i doubt any do.

Example: wmcpuload -h

Cheers.

Thanks for the tip, and you're right: it's all hard-wired.  One argument, "display," refers users to the "X Manual," but I'm not quite sure what and where that is.

If it is any help at all I found http://www.dockapps.org/ and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Window_Maker looks a good place to start, Neat little apps.

Thanks for those sites.  I'll see if they're compatible with Ultra.
