possible Skype Solution ........

If you happen to have a home computer, or server. Windows or Linux, Is it not possible to run Skype on that, And a SIP bridge/server , then use a pidgin plugin or something to connect to the SIP bridge, and use your skype? I'm sure i'm even adding more steps then are would be required to get skype working...or VoIP over skypes network....Anyway this is all moot if we get android up and going.
