I was a bit curios which other devices make use of the SoC found in our mipsbook - surprisingly I found this. A linux gaming handheld - and it seems like it's powerful enough to emulate SNES and Gameboy Advance - I don't know what they use, the binaries from the debian repositories (VisualBoy Advance and snes9x) were unplayable slow. Maybe I can extract something from their firmware archive.
Edit: They don't use Linux.
