Shrimper, did you manage to resolve your problem?  If so please let me know how!!!!

My CnM had a knock yesterday and now I have the same problem.

Have done a recovery with the original CnM recovery file, but it did not help.

HELP!

UPDATE:   a recovery with format did the trick.
