Most all go to /usr/games/ directory. To start them open xterm or run box, then type: /usr/games/nameofgame
Example: /usr/games/madbomber

To list all games in the games folder open xterm and type: ls /usr/games
That will list all the games installed in the games directory.

You could also edit /etc/jwm/jwmrc and add menu entries for the games also.

Cheers.

Backup the original jwmrc file first though, eh Matt!   ::) (there speaks a man of painful experience)

jon_Onet, cool. Thanks for testing them. I uploaded a few more to try, as well as some other applications. The applications are already in 3MX, but are uploaded for default OS users. Most if not all should work.

oldbloke, you bet. Though in rc1.1 i made sure to include a backup of jwmrc. :)

g-banjo, Download the files both .info and .xap. Run the package installer and navigate to the folder or sd/usb that the files are in. Click install.

Cheers.

Most of the stuff found here is already in 3MX, but for people who cant use it or prefer the stock OS some of these will come in handy.

Also as time and life permits i'll continue to add updates, patches, and other applications here.

Thanks a million for this excellent resource! I have a little snag... I installed the Contacts app on the original distro and it installed two icons, My VCard and Contacts, but neither run. They exit with an error " /usr/share/pixmaps/gpe-contacts.png No such file or directory". Is this file available from somewhere so I can add it to the directory? Am currently trying to see if it has gone to a wrong location, but no sucess so far!

TIA  James  :)

Fussy things these apps, aren't they? Just cos a graphic file is missing that's not really needed anyway they throw a tantrum. You could copy and rename any small .png file and put it here to get them working for now....
