msn windows live

how do i get windows msn 2 install ive downloaded the files and it as a question mark on it when i try 2 open it up it dont do nothin
same as for winrar can someone please help me

this does not use windows, you cannot download normal windows programs, you can use msn on the pidgin program on the 1st tab (3rd icon), the rar program on the 5th tab works the same as winrar
